The food that provide energy

Are one of those who often asks where his energy had gone or why he has no energy? If you are not careful about what you eat and drink, wherever you live or whatever you do, it is your destiny to have low energy!

First of all you have to get up from that comfortable chair you are sitting in and search for the food that gives you energy. Eating well will keep you fit. Because the food such as wheat, bread, potatoes contains carbohydrate, they are food providing energy. If you take such food regularly without exaggerating, you will be more energetic.

What should you eat for breakfast?

Because the body is lacking in food after a long time of sleep, your energy will be less when you wake up in the morning. Think of your body as a car. You need fuel in order to run it. The food you should eat at breakfast is as follows:

1. Banana milk
2. Olive, cheese, honey and jam
3. Low calorie milk

How should the snacks be?

You have to eat three times a day for a healthy  life and energetic body. You can have fruits, yoghurt, milk, puddings, and sweets as snacks between main meals.

Energy providing food:

Orange- Apple- Yoghurt: They are found in the slowly digested carbohydrate group. Thus, they are used as long term food source for the body and provide energy.

Sunflower seed: It helps the normal functioning of the muscle and the nervous system with the magnesium in it. It regularizes the heart rate and strengthens the bones. It gives the body a feeling of relaxation and calmness.

Tuna fish: It is one of the most useful nutrients for the human body and holds protein in it. Thus, it ensures the renewal of the muscles and increases the energy level.

Kiwi: It contains abundant amount of Vitamin C. 1 kiwi meets 50 % of daily Vitamin C intake and helps you feel more energetic.

Rose hip tea: Rose hip fruit provides Vitamin C for the body when consumed either fresh or dried. Two cups of freshly brewed rose hip tea will help you feel better and relax.

Strawberry: Being one the best fruits of summer season, strawberries contain vitamins and minerals that are very useful for the body. One of the most important characteristics of strawberry is it supplies you with energy immediately when you feel down. Eat a bowl of energy and see the difference.

Green Pepper: You can get Vitamin C from green pepper especially when consumed without cooking. You will feel more energetic when you eat it as mixed with your salad.

Chocolate: According to the researches, chocolate triggers the serotonin and provides energy. When you start to feel tired in the afternoon or when your blood sugar drops, eating a piece of chocolate will help a lot.

Water: One of the most indispensible things in life… Drinking 2 liters of water a day protects your form, skin and the muscle system. Always have a glass of water on your table and drink it at every convenience.
