Sports is reducing the Alzheimer Risk

The researches proved that the people eating fresh fruit, vegetables and fish and doing sports have less Alzheimer risk than the ones who do not consume them and do not do any sports.

A research carried out in New York on 880 people at the average age of 77 proved that the Alzheimer risk of the people who do sports is 60 % less than the people who do not do any sports. The scientists who determine the neurological and neuropsychological conditions ranked these people between 0 and 9 according to their nutrition and physical conditions.

Risk may drop at the rate of 40 %

Observing each participant for an average of 5 years, found out that only 282 of these people suffered from Alzheimer. The risk of Alzheimer  of the people who are densely doing sports  is less than between 37-50 %  and the risk of the ones eating vegetables, fruits and fish is less than between 32 and 40%. The research is taking place in American Medical Association and French le Point magazine.
